Built for merchants who sell everywhere their customers do

Most loyalty programs are built for one channel and bolted onto the rest. A points balance that only updates for online orders. A tier that a counter cashier has no way to see. Two separate ledgers a merchant has to reconcile by hand. Smiles Rewards exists because that gap is the actual product problem worth solving — not another loyalty app, but one customer record and one loyalty balance, wherever the sale happens.

What we're building

Smiles Rewards is an omnichannel customer loyalty and engagement platform, API-first from day one. We read customers, loyalty balances, and purchase history directly from the systems merchants already run, resolve them to a single customer record regardless of channel, and automatically send the right message at the right moment — points about to expire, a customer who's gone quiet, or a tier just reached.

We're launching with Odoo and Shopify — covering point-of-sale and online storefronts on both — because between them they cover a large share of how our first merchants actually sell. Neither is treated as a special case: every integration is an equal client of the same core API, which is also what our own admin dashboard runs on. The next step on our roadmap is opening that API to any POS or storefront platform, so adding a new sales channel never means rebuilding a merchant's loyalty program from scratch.

Where we are today

We're currently onboarding pilot merchants directly rather than running a public, self-serve signup — every merchant we work with today is a real conversation about what they're running and what's worth automating first. That's a deliberate, current-stage choice, not a limitation we're hiding: it means the product decisions we're making right now are shaped by real retail operations, not guesses.
